Administrator

Monica Roman had worked in Senior Care throughout her undergraduate degree at the University of New Hampshire. From an administrative internship through to an Administrator in Training program in 2019, Monica became licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in early 2020. Throughout her professional career, Monica has worked in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Livings and even spent some time working as the Lead Nursing Recruiter in New Hampshire. Through all of these experiences, Monica has come to find that her purpose is to help others feel valued at each point of their life, whether it be Residents or Staff. Outside of Aspen Hill, you would find Monica hiking trails and mountains or ice-fishing with her fiancé and dogs!

Tamara Diaz

Business Office Manager

Tamara is a skilled and empathetic business office manager with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University with the goal of becoming a healthcare administrator someday. Tamara is passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare industry and is dedicated to serving others. Her pursuit of higher education is a testament to her commitment to achieving her goals. Tamara is confident in her abilities and is willing to put in the hard work necessary to succeed.

Carolyn Tucker

Case Manager

Mary is a graduate of Quincy College School of Nursing. She has been working in nursing care and rehab setting since 1996 and as a MDS coordinator since 1997.

Karissa Lopez

Respiratory Therapist

Karissa Lopez is a compassionate Respiratory Therapist. Her journey started in 2009 when she began as a certified nursing assistant. That is where Karissa found her passion for working in the healthcare field. Karissa wanted to expand her knowledge and make a difference in lives. In 2019, Karissa graduated from the Respiratory program at North Shore Community college and became licensed in Massachusetts. Since then, she had gained experience working in the hospital during the height of COVID, to working more closely with respiratory patients in a home care setting. When Karissa is not working, she enjoys spending family time with her kids and fiancé. Karissa has a passion for improving the lives of patients. She hopes to share her knowledge and make a difference.

Natalie Rivera

HR Scheduler

Natalie Rivera has been in Healthcare since the age of 16. She was influenced to help others as a young child watching her father take care of their grandfather. Natalie started working as a CNA in this facility formally known as Wingate at Haverhill. She has worked at Aspen Hill for the last nine years. Natalie’s experience in different aspects in the medical field have contributed to her success as an HR/Scheduling Manager. When Natalie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts and reading books.

Glenn Cote

Maintenance Director

Glenn Cote brings more than 35 years of experience in healthcare facility safety and security, vendor relations, project management and capital budget planning to his role as Maintenance Director at aspen Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center.

Passionate about resident safety, Glenn has significant expertise in Life Safety regulations and environmental systems.

Prior to joining Aspen Hill Rehab, Glenn held numerous leadership positions with Marquis and Kentucky based Kindred Healthcare.  He has earned his Certified Plant Maintenance Manager certification from the Association for Facilities Engineering and his HVAC Certification from Northeastern University.  Glenn is a licensed MA Journeyman Plumber and is a member of the National Fire protection association.

Tiffany DiVincenzo, RN

Tiffany DiVincenzo, RN, is passionate about skilled nursing and brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the field of skilled nursing and long-term care. With nearly 25 years in the nursing profession, Tiffany has honed her expertise in various healthcare settings, including long-term care, hospice, medical-surgical units, nursing education, infection control, wound care, and home health care. Her journey began as a nurse’s aide, and over the years, she has pursued continuous growth and learning, culminating in a nursing degree from Great Bay College in Portsmouth, NH. Tiffany firmly believes in fostering a strong team and nurturing their professional development, recognizing that exceptional care requires experience, knowledge, and dedication.

When she is not pursuing her passion as a nurse and leader, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones and cooking for them.
